Nice stay in university heights

Host was very easy to communicate with and the house was as advertised and clean. Neighborhood was nice and easy to walk around. Would recommend if you need a place to stay near Cleveland

Great Location Cozy Space

Right where you need to be close to restaurants and less than 20 minutes to Cleveland. Cute neighborhood with a park literally a stone through outside your window. Friendly and we’ll communicating hosts.

The pictures show you how cute the home is. We were able to have our dog with us for an additional fee. The kitchen was nicely stocked with good working appliances and cooking essentials. Overall we were pleased. Just a couple notes, two of the three beds are memory foam mattresses - which my husband and I do not find comfortable. Very grateful bedroom #3 had a traditional mattress. The bathroom towels had lost their fluff and should be replaced. Nice location, close to good eats, safe neighborhood.

Glad to have options in University Heights

This is a great house in University heights if you are doing activities at JCU, seeing family, or don't want to be directly in downtown Cleveland.

Don;'t rent any property from this guy

This guy is awful. He didn't respond timely to emails. No way to call. Then after check out he accuses me of stealing his tiny bath towels that are not much larger than hand towels and I reply twice that all the towels that were in the house are still there. He emails and says he has not heard from me and charges me more money. He sent no check lout list till the evening before check out so we didn't follow check out procedures since I didn't see the email till after we left. This was my first ever expreience in a VRBO and it is most likely my last thanks to Dan.
