“Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was kind and heloful”

“Extended Stay Hotel right next door which is a different type of clientele. They tend to hang around on the periphery of the hotel all night which made it somewhat uncomfortable to walk in the parking lot alone. During breakfast, a homeless man would come and serve himself with no shoes and extremely dirty clothing, which made it a less appealing environment for some to have breakfast in. He was never asked to leave or provided with food to eat outside of the hotel. I would have had no problem……

“Good experience for the stay. Room is clean and tidy although a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, shuttles service is not sufficient and had missed to pick us up for three times.”

“A very vintage house with great service, conveniently located near CIM, comfortable and cozy.”

“Best part of it is the free parking. Ample of amount spaces. Closely located near shopping malls and restaurants. Very convenient for tourists like us. The breakfast was great as well with waffles, eggs, Sausages etc. Complimentary coffee all day long.”

“The breakfast was amazing.”

“Very friendly staff! However, we were disappointed in the room and how loud that it was during the night. It was not a room that we felt relaxed in. We didn’t feel like we got the value in the hotel but it was conveniently located.”

“Hotel was way too old but the price rate was not reasonable.”

“New coffee station. Working on updates to the property. Staff as always was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times from 2 days to 10 for Cleveland clinic appointments. Very kind staff.”
