「Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). 「Easy check in service and great communication. Property nice and close to good amenities.」

「Water heater was only on for a certain amount of time in the morning and night, if you are someone who takes showers late at night (11pm onwards) then good luck. Property was in the basement, and the door was right next to the whole buildings trash. When we arrived it was extremely unpleasant and smelly. Also note that if you have many luggages, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow, and there is a bush at the top, which makes it even harder to carry things down as it is obstructing....

「A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too.」
