“The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room.”

“Incredibly happy with the location and the staff was amazing. We had a terrible experience at a neighboring Hotel and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to view the room before we checked in. Amazing customer service and VERY clean!”

“Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote……

“The motel was nasty wasn’t kept up very dirty sheets was stained no shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms. Homeless people everywhere around the motel very very getto surroundings trash all over the place the foundation of buildings was rotted upstairs and downstairs”

“This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. It took usually 2-3 swipes of the key card to open that door. The beds are rock……

“The bathroom tub was slanted towards the drain and had several cracks around by the wall. The water pressure was not great and it took several minutes to get hot water in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good with options for everyone. The room was very humid and the covers and rug were actually moist feeling when we arrived to the room. Overall would probably not stay again if I had a similar option for the price”
