“Small hotel in a residential area close to the beach. Very modern, clean and spacious bar and outside seating area. The room was small but not cramped and was furnished in keeping with the hotels decor. There was a birthday party taking place in the evening but the staff were quietly efficient and spent an appropriate time to check us in. If there is a downside it has to be the car park. It’s small and very awkward to navigate when full - 7 spaces in two separate areas. Not however a reason to……

“Amazing stay at East Beach Guest House. Mark and Rich were excellent hosts with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, beaches, pubs and places to eat. Room was immaculately clean with tea and coffee facilities as well as a TV. Breakfast was much needed and also excellent, fresh fruit and bakery item as well as cereal and granola with honey and yogurt. Could not recommend this guest house enough and will definitely be back!”

“We stayed in an economy twin room, for one night, which was very clean and in a quiet location towards the back of the hotel. We were not bothered by noise from the bus station.
The shower had a strong flow and quickly ran hot, which is always a plus.
The full breakfast was included in our room rate and was good including local sausages.
All staff were very welcoming and friendly.
For us the hotel had a bit more character and quirkiness than some of the bland chain hotels.
We enjoyed our stay.”
