"Coco Boho" is a 2-level, 2-bedroom townhome with a fun tropical feel and super-fast internet speeds (200Mbps download and 10Mbps upload). Tucked near the end of a walkway, there is minimal foot traffic so you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while still being just a few steps from one of the many pools in this beautiful development. Just 30-minutes from LIR airport!

Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

You have the entire condo to yourself but will share the pool and rancho area with permanent residents and fellow travelers! The development has gated entry and 24/7 security.

The large front terrace has a comfortable conversation set, propane BBQ and views of the tropical grounds. It remains shaded and cool most of the day thanks to the palms and banana trees that surround it. This is a great spot to listen to the Costa Rican wildlife, including the troupe of howler monkeys who occasionally enjoy hanging out in the mango tree just to the right of the unit.

Inside is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a gorgeous mural that brings you right into the tropics from the moment you step into the condo. The living area has a comfortable couch that pulls out to a sofabed for extra sleeping space.  There is also a wingback chair and a large screen TV.  The dining table has room for 6 and is perfect for enjoying a meal or a games night.  Follow through to the U-shaped kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, small oven plus a small countertop oven.  All kitchen amenities are here as well.  Cook up a feast or order in from one of the many amazing local restaurants.  The main floor includes a 2-piece powder room as well. 

Head upstairs to the second floor with a full bathroom featuring double sinks and a larger shower stall. All linens are provided including bath towels, beach towels, and bedding. At the front of the unit are the 2 bedrooms, each with sliding doors to the front balcony; the perfect spot for reading a book, taking a work call, listening to the birds or watching the howler monkeys. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet with ample storage. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large closet as well.

Guests can use car rentals or golf carts for their stay. The area is also very walkable with the beach and amenities being closeby. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the gated lot).
