Three day stay in cocoa beach

Great stay. Conveniently located for the beach ( 5 Min walk), restaurants ( we loved whisk and grind for breakfast each day) and the day trip to the Kennedy Space Centre

overall, it was a great stay. we couldn't get the tvs to work, but who needs tv. i mixed up the listing and thought it had two beds in the 2nd bedroom instead of one, so it was a little tight with 2 teenaged boys. while it is a short walk to the beach, you had to cross two busy streets. there were some great amenities, but there are some small things like the water porches was empty, the ice cube trays were empty, there was no paper towel, so we had to immediately go out and purchase things just to have cold water, but again very tiny annoyances. the area was great, really close to a lot of food restaurants, and for a wonderful recommendation for a boat tour with Captain Quinn.

Short Beach Trip

The house was cute and cozy. We loved the screened in back porch. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

This property was perfect for our little family get away. It had everything we needed for our 2 year old and perfect location with short walk to the beach. We will be back!

Great Beach Stay

We had a great experience. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of places but just quiet enough to relax and get out of the hustle and bustle.
