Fabulous place to stay

We had a wonderful stay here in Cocoa Beach! The condo was well equipped could use new frying pans for sure and maybe some hooks behind the door but other than that it was fabulous

Girls trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The communication from Happy Palm Stays was outstanding. Easy check in and check out process. The location was top notch. We were able to walk to many local restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the room from our balcony. Would stay again!!

Property was recently upgraded and in very good condition. Property was clean and organized. Condo complex itself was old but well maintained. I would stay there again.

Great Week in Cocoa Beach

Great place to stay especially if you are traveling by air. All we need were our suitcases. All the basic needs for beach days were provided along with linens and beach towels. Comfortable beds and large screen tvs that were easy to navigate. Tasty local eateries and a well stocked kitchen items when we wanted to eat in. Short walk to the beach and large swimming pool. Overall great place to stay and would high recommend.

Amazing trip

The Spanish main far exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem. Where to start is hard…very well kept, clean, quiet. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect. Taylor was a terrific host. Loved the communication. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this facility. Beautifully redone, spacious and on the beach!

We stayed for just over a week with our family and it is just a short walk past the pool to the beach. The condo is well equipped and has been recently remodeled with new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms- 2 with king beds, one with twin beds. The only thing I would say is that the beds, while likely new, are a bit on the hard side (probably memory foam) (this is just me, I am a side sleeper and like a soft bed) so bring a soft foam topper if you like a soft bed. Conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay

This place is stunning and looks exactly like the pictures! The owners Stephen and Bri were very helpful and answered our questions very quickly. They even went the extra mile, checking in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. The views of the ocean were amazing and with only a short walk across a boardwalk, we got to place our toes in the sand. The rooms were a great size and each had their own tv. The bathrooms were very nice, big, and everything was very clean on our arrival. The renovations were well done. I highly recommend and give it 5 stars!

Place was great. We loved our stay.

We were looking for a place that would accommodate our whole family comfortably and this place is even bigger than expected. The decor was really nice, compliments to the decorator. It was very quiet, the building and the apartment is very well taken care off. Communication was excelent and everything worked as advertised. Only suggestion for the kitchen would be a kettle. Everything is near by for food, groceries and even attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks for having us.

Wonderful week at beach

We recently had a wonderful week at Spanish Main, one of the Stay in Cocoa Beach properties. The location was amazing, the private beach access was mere steps from the units, and was never crowded, even during our spring break visit. We were also able to walk to many local eateries in the downtown Cocoa Beach area. The complex itself was clean and well maintained, and the units were updated and spacious. Each of the units had an ocean view, and provided a great view of the sunrise. Emma with Stay at Cocoa Beach also provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond to help us after our travel plans unexpectedly changed the night before our arrival. She made a potentially chaotic event, stress-free, even texting me late into the evening to find a solution. She then remained accessible all week to answer any questions we had. Our family had a very relaxing week at the beach.

Tolle Woche am Cocoa Beach

Wir waren eine Woche dort und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Nähe zu Strand und der gemeinsame Pool in der Anlage ist toll. Das Appartment wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert und ist modern ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind etwas klein aber es sind dafür zwei. Die Sicht vom Balkon aufs Meer ist toll. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen und sehr sauber. Das Wasser ist warm. Gut zu erreichen sind Orlando und Kennedy Space Center, so dass auch Ausflüge problemlos waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung sind auch vorhanden.
