  • Situated on 1/4 acre, Casa Flamingo is a 1600 sqft, one story 3 bed 2 bath, split floor plan residence. The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.

    Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

Location was superb for beach days and nights on the town. Extremely comfortable sofas in living room for a movie night and the bedrooms made for restful nights. The pool and spa were immaculate. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! Location, house, hosts. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items and beach gear. The beach was such a short walk and the pool in the backyard was so convenient. We had the best vacation and would definitely stay again :)

it was very nice to be so close to the beach, within walking distance. Having a washer/dryer onsite was also quite helpful. We had plenty of room and the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub

We had a wonderful stay. The house was cute, clean and organized. We loved using the bikes to ride around town. The hot tub was really nice to sit in (it was a little cold when we got there but it warmed up by the next morning. The beds were really comfortable and the master shower was really nice.

House was perfect and well stocked! Kitchen was great for cooking and there were so many beach items that made our vacation so easy. Hosts were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great house for a family! Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub, which felt very private. Easy walk to the beach (we appreciated the available beach cart). Hosts were great to work with. 10/10 would recommend and we would love tocome back!

Close to Beach

Stayed for two nights ahead of a cruise and the house was great. Close to the beach with more beach toys than we could imagine using. Would stay there again.
