Great little place by the ocean!

We’ve stayed in this area for 15 years. This is the first time at this location. It is by far the cleanest unit we’ve ever had. Neighbors were so nice and host was so helpful. If you want the ocean and it’s just the 2 of you, this is the place! Has everything you need!

Enjoyed our stay!

It was a great place to stay. Right next to the beach which was awesome. Stayed with my 75 year old mom so it was nice. We’re not have to walk very far to the beach. Would stay there again definitely.

We enjoyed our stay. This was the second time we stayed at this property and we will stay here again. It is clean, comfortable and well located for the beach and good restaurants. The reserved parking was also very nice.

An Awesome Beach Vacation

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying at the property. You couldn't ask for a closer location; they had everything you would need to go to the beach. They even had a cooler you could use. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stormy weather

The property had a great location next to the beach. Unfortunately, we had three days of showers prior to Thanksgiving, which, of course, was not the fault of the property. It was well equipped for spending time on the beach. A good value for a family who wants to relax and it is in a very quiet area but near everything.

Modest, but clean and comfortable.

The easy access to the beach was amazing! The walls are pretty thin and guests next door were outside smoking and arguing all the time, but the place was well-stocked for cooking. Teas and coffees would be a nice addition.

Good Access to Beach

We spent everyday on the beach with the exception of one day spent at Kennedy Space Center. The beach is a short walk from the apartment and was not crowded. An unplanned bonus was seeing a rocket launch from KSC while swimming.

Lovely spot on the beach

We got to FL a few days before a cruise so we could have some time on the beach, and this was the perfect spot for a two night trip. Great proximity to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Vargas Cafe for authentic Cuban fare). A few things that could make the property even better: a king size bed, different cleaning products as whatever was being used had quite a strong smell, and a good fridge clean as it smelled like someone had stored fresh fish in there and then never cleaned it. But I would absolutely stay again if we needed a place before or after a cruise!

Quaint and convenient.

We enjoyed the apt very much. It was a nice quiet area and beach access was good. Our complaint was the lack of hot water and how long it took to get any at all. Never turned on the cold at all!

A Super Deal for the Location

Great communication with own. You could eat off the floor ( we didn't !! ) the place was so clean. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, flat screen TV, and one hundred seventy steps to the beach....I counted, and I am an old man with tiny footsteps ! Neighbors and visitors were all friendly and helpful. Better jump on this quick, when word gets around I think this place will be hard to get.
