Fun and convenient to beach

Short walk to beach great place to watch rocket launch from cape canveral saw two go up. Close to all of cocoa beach offerings…

Centrally located, this condo was perfect for our Cocoa Beach stay. A very short walk to the beach, minutes from Port Canaveral for fishing, and around the corner from good restaurants. The listing describes the condo accurately, fitting both my boyfriend and I, and our two friends splendidly. The saltwater pool was great to lounge in when we didnt feel like going anywhere. Adam was very helpful and responsive when an issue came up. 10/10 Would definitely come back for future visits!

Great place in a great location!

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a good kitchen and luckily gresat air-conditioning. Visiting Flirida in August can be problematic but this spot with the pool in the courtyard was an oasis when then the beach was too toasty. Communication was friendly and prompt. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. So many extras. A real pleasure from start to finish, as were the hosts. This location is a gem. Rarely do I say that I want to return, but in this case I do. I can't think of anything it lacks.

We loved staying at the Hawaiian suite. This place was absolutely amazing. Our family had the best time here. It was close to so much. They supplied everything for the beach and more. The pool was so wonderful to have right outside the door. We enjoyed having our own grill and sitting on the private patio while we ate. We loved having the washer and dryer right in our unit. The full kitchen was great too. This place was the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. We hope to come back again in the future.

Perfect location and amenities for a small group

My husband , mother and I had a great vacation in this property. We loved to be able to walk to the beach and the ability to enjoy a swim in the pool at any time of the day. The place is small but clean and well furnished, very functional. The property manager was excellent, and responded right away when we contacted her about a question on the check out process. We will likely stay there again soon!

Wish there were more beach towels, but I’d bet if I asked them, they’d buy some and bring them to us. Patricia is so so nice and friendly! Perfect accommodations with everything you need and beach 2 mins away, walking. Loved it here

Loved our stay

Our family of three stayed here for about a week. The cottage was perfect size for us and had almost everything we needed! We did have to buy a few small things but having most things provided in the kitchen was appreciated! The pool was perfect, even if folks from other cottages were in the pool we had room to social distance if we wanted. The provided cooler, umbrellas, sand toys, and chairs were such a fantastic addition for our beach days! We will be back to this property for our future Cocoa Beach trips!
