Lacking. Probably Good for a Short Stay

Sofas were beat up and patched with duct tape, then removed replaced with new but inexpensive sofas on our fifth day. Balcony never gets sun and is hardly private. Some old teflon pots/pans scratched beyond useful. Very clean but totally lacking warmth or charm. Could use another chair or two and maybe a small carpet here and there. Strictly a rental to make money. Very good and responsive management. Excellent pool and beach access. The bedroom with three beds not for everyone. .

Older community style

Loved being on the beach, heated pool was the highlight of this unit other than no floats aloud and closed at dusk which was very early... It is an older community of guest and residents which made us a little on edge of being a family with kids... unit was nice, not luxurious but nice... Things I would recommend for this unit is invest in fans in bathrooms, garage disposal, and new mattresses or at least toppers... i was tempted to buy one for my stay because i slept miserable and now in pain from pinched nerve in my back. Mattresses were just hard... i wish there was a better mop that had a washable pad because it was hard to keep unit clean with just broom and a sponge mop. Unit had umbrella, chairs, cooler and boogie boards which made the beach trips great as well. Overall was great place... not the best choice for families with typical noisy kids though.

Perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this property. Condo was as pictured. Contact with the rental company was always very prompt. Loved having quick access to the beach. Showers between the beach and pool were much appreciated. Nice and close to the pier. I would stay here again!

Summer Family Vacation

The property was great. Perfect amount of space for me and my 4 teenage daughters. We absolutely loved the huge pool, as we would often go twice a day, and the beach is just steps away from the condo.

Family Beach Vacation

The location was great! Steps to the ocean! Loved having the beach chairs, wish there would have been one for each person. Kids loved the boogie boards! Cooler was useful for the beach! Limited supplies were nice to have. The pool said it was heated, but it was not. We were told no pool toys, so we didn't back any, but there were others with toys, disappointing for my kids. The TV in the main bedroom did not work. There are no bathroom fans so they get very wet after a family of 5 showers.

Peaceful waters

This property is very cozy with quite atmosphere. The property has a wonderful pool and beach access just steps away from your front door. Very clean and well stocked.

Nice property, very clean. Loved that it was stocked with start up essentials. Very quiet and relaxing. Not the place to go if you want to party into the night. Pool was awesome and being so close to the beach was so nice. Everything was so close too. The pier had a tiki bar and shops. Clean bathrooms was a plus. Publix for groceries was 2 min away. Nice restaurants and fun things to do. Worth checking out. We will be back!

Great place for beach vacation.

This is a great centrally located place. Easy access to the beach in Cocoa Beach Pier. We enjoyed the amenities and the local flair.

This condo is located in a lovely, well kept, nice size complex. Just steps away from the beach, short walk to the pier, able to see launches from Cape Canaveral, an ocean view from the deck, great pool, nice size bedrooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer.

Quiet and comfortable

An older property but quiet and spacious. Right on the beach and with a heated pool. The property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was much appreciated

Cocoa Beach Snowbirds

Spent two weeks here. Location was perfect. Close to Cocoa Beach pier, shopping and great restaurants! Experienced two launches from NASA, awesome! Didn’t get to swim in the “heated” pool, water was too cold, but being close to the ocean was great!

Move over! The ants are marching in

First the positives, The location is great. Just steps to the beach. Neighbors seem very friendly. The pool is very big and nice. A very quiet place. The floors were so dirty. We had to wear socks or our feet were black. They didn't do a good job cleaning before our arrival. There were tiny ants everywhere. On the counters, cabinets, tables, etc. Overall, not a great place to stay. Uncomfortable couches. Wouldn't stay here again

Great stay!

Perfect location, good communication and great price. Loved having all the beach items available to us. The only thing I would change is checkout time, 10am is hard to get out by while on vacation ;)

Excellent Condo

This condo was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and in a nice area. So close to the beach and the pool was great too. Constant communication with the staff making sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend this place.
