“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Malgré le côté « automatique », quelqu’un vous répond au tél en cas de besoin. Le logement était très bien situé, peut être trop… même si nous étions hors saison (octobre),!un premier étage donnant sur une jolie place, des doubles vitrages auraient été appréciables… boulé quies indispensables. La chambre était agreable, assez grande. Il faut trouver l’astuce. Pour maintenir la lumière pendant la douche, qui fonctionne aux mouvements. Un système d’allumage classique serait aussi bien 😉. Olbia……
