“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“The area is a little sketchy and dirty, make sure to park on the left side of road only. Do pre check in for directions of how to get in your room as there is no on site office. My room had one bar of hand soap-no shampoo conditioner shower gel. Inside is renovated nice, bed was comfortable.”
