Good overnight stop motel with the family of 5, freindly service. Small pool and close to the beach and restaurants. Great value too, i have stayed at some other motels in coffs and this one was better for a good price.

The room was new looking & looks like it was recently renovated, the beds were really comfortable & the room was nice & clean. The lady who runs it was lovely & very accommodating with anything asked, would highly recommend.

I had to go to this property late in the evening as the other hotel I booked was a 1 out of 10 The managers got up and opened up for me with great consideration. I am truly thankful for their kindness towards me as I was in a terrible state. The bonus was the room was very clean open and I had a very pleasant stay

Other than some highway noise from trucks taking off and braking at the nearby intersection have no complaints about this motel. Would stay again. Tidy, clean easy to food and with good room amenities, microwave, toaster etc.

I don't think this should be called a Best Western, especially at the $300 price, it's a brick motor inn. Staff were helpful, they brought us towels at 9pm because there were none in the room. The staff were good, the room was not.

Property was clean and in a convenient location. Staff in the office were friendly. Unfortunately there was noise from other units and a constantly barking dog. Barbecue facilities and a breakfast option would have been a bonus.
