Pet and kids friendly environment including a swimming pool and BBQ area, water ponds, creeks, cows to explore during the stay. Owner is nice and very helpful. ”

“Room was ok, bathroom fan didn't work so couldn't have the bathroom door open at all even after after a shower as the room is so small it set the alarm off, Got woken up numerous times throughout the night as drunk loud and arrogant people were behaving like idiots up the hallway outside my door , then to top it off went outside to have a smoke and the dirty linen containers sprawled everywhere and the cleaners bins with dirty pads all over the ground, was disgusting I picked up the linen as……

“There are a lot of little things wrong like washing machine broken, hot water not in all showers but the staff are very helpful and the location to everywhere regardless of how you are travelling is fabulous If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I will file it under my cheap and cheerful category for future reference FYI, no lift so pack lightly”

“Look overall the place was quaint. I had no real problems. The place just felt tired. Ok for a single night stay I wouldn't want to be there much longer than that.”

“The staff are nice and the location is great. Property is well maintained with the exception of the rooms. It needs to be updated. The carpets are very old and emits a very musty smell. The linens and blankets were also dirty. The kitchen has some basic stuff like coffees and teas which were greatly appreciated. The scenery around the property is great and they have a nice trail walk.”

“Start with parking - terrible experience as there was very limited parking as like two spots available if you are lucky as the rest is taken up by residents then you went out to an open unsealed carpark that at night was up a hill and uneven and not lit up at night. Wi Fi late evening is non existent with continual drop outs very frustrating. When coming into the place enter at daylight as at night the signage is not lit up and has very poor lighting around this compound as it is both a golf……

“Andrew and Lee were wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful and private. The pool was great to have a dip in, and there was a trail that takes you around the lake where you can see a waterfall and koi pond. Breakfast was absolutely scrumptious: we got to have homemade granola, fruit from the property and local honey. Thank you very much again! ”
