Ok for students

The room was exactly 50cm from the reception where music was playing the whole night and students were gathering and chatting loudly. It did get more quiet after my request to turn it down a bit. It would be ok for students or people who are the type to live in a community and leave there doors wide open all the time.

Einfaches günstiges Hotel, welches super gelegen ist. Innert 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man die Uni und andere schöne Orte. Doppelzimmer sind klein aber ok. Seite Strasse sehr laut, auch ringhörig. Frühstück ist einfach. Für den Preis darf man nicht zu viel erwarten. Für 1-2 Nächte passt es.

Les images parle d’elle même ! Douche et Wc commune , on a dû payé un supplément pour avoir une chambre avec salle d’eau , des trous dans les murs, gel douche degueu et pas changer depuis un bon bout de temps.. aucune insonorisation ,mur humide , bref mauvaise nuit

No repetiremos y no lo recomendaría.

Reservamos una habitación doble con baño privado, en cuanto a limpieza estaba bien y bastante luminosa. El edificio es antiguo por lo que en la habitación había bastante humedad, solo hay un radiador eléctrico que para nosotros bastó pero que quizás si hubiera sido en otras fechas no bastaría. La habitación que nos asignaron se encontraba justo enfrente de la recepción, solo separados por un estrecho pasillo. Digo esto para hacerse una idea del ruido constante que se escuchaba desde la habitación, el timbre de recepción, el paso de la gente, las conversaciones, etc. Lo mejor llegó por la noche, desde las 22:30 empezó a escucharse jaleo de chavales, aguantamos debido a que no era muy tarde. Pasadas las 00:00 de la noche nada había mejorado, es más la situación había empeorado, carcajadas, carreras por los pasillos y escaleras (no hay ascensor), conversaciones en voz alta al otro lado de nuestra puerta, gritos desde una salita común que hay. Aguantamos sin quejarnos y sin dormir evidentemente hasta las 05:00 de la mañana, salí a pedir al recepcionista si podía poner un poco de orden; pero realmente lo que me sorprendió que hasta que yo no salí a pedírselo por parte del recepcionista no hubo una actitud de mantener el descanso para los demás clientes. Total que hasta las 05:30 sin poder dormir, al día siguiente a comprar tapones ya que estábamos dos noches. La noche del sábado algo más tranquila pero con jaleo también, menos mal que teníamos los tapones. Desayuno aceptable

Piètre qualité du service

Séjour très décevant: en arrivant notre chambre n'était pas prête à l'heure prévue (14h) et nous avons du attendre jusqu'à 17h30. La chambre était convenable mais aucun produit indiqué sur le site hôtel.com n'a été fourni. Entre nos deux nuits, la chambre n'a pas été faite comme il nous avait été indiqué sur le site. Lorsque nous avons demandé pourquoi on nous a répondu qu'il fallait le demander (du jamais vu!). La réponse du personnel a été d'une impolitesse totale à la limite de la provocation et de l'agressivité! Petit déjeuner pauvre et sans gout par ailleurs. Je ne recommande aucunement cet établissement.

Best part about this place is the location and staff. The beds are very comfortable and pillows superb. Clean sheets and towels whenever needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Simpatia zero no check-in. Sem contar que às 17h o quarto ainda não estava pronto (o horário anunciado para check-in é 15h). A tv do quarto não tinha controle remoto nem trocava manualmente os canais, ou seja, sem tv. Pedi para mudar de quarto e quiseram cobrar mais, por um quarto maior, no 4° andar (sem elevador). Eu só queria um quarto compatível com o que reservei. (era apenas uma noite) Mudei, então, para um quarto parecido, um pouco menor, mas com tv ok. Ao acordar, me deparei com uma aranha na cama (veja foto). Resumindo: péssima experiência.

Fácil acesso

Quarto confortável, fácil acesso aos locais turísticos. O banheiro fica afastado dos quartos, então aconselho colocarem mais cabides e suportes para colocação de pertences e troca de roupas. É uma área de estudantes, então não espere um local silencioso em um final de semana.

Passei algumas horas no hotel, apenas para dormir. Quarto triplo do último andar muito confortável e limpo, o banheiro coletivo ao lado igualmente.Café da manhã excelente. Recomendo!

Polecam to miejsce!

Drugi raz w tym hostelu. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, możliwość płatności na miejscu, nie robią problemu, jeśli się późno przyjeżdża. Fajne patio, gdzie można posiedzieć, poleżeć, odpocząć. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum, uniwersytetu, przy parku. Obok linie autobusowe. Pokój dwuosobowy w porządku, wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel, ręczniki codziennie świeże. Prysznice w piwnicy (trochę tam wilgotno), na półpiętrze dodatkowe toalety. Dyskomfort za to w nocy z racji bliskości pubów, to miejsce, gdzie studenci się bawią, więc bywa głośno do późnych godzin nocnych. W nocy też wywożone są śmieci, a śmietniki stoją naprzeciw hostelu, też ruch uliczny słychać. Polecam pokoje od podwórka raczej.

A melhorar em vários aspetos

Hostel muito bem localizado, sendo este o seu principal ponto de atração. O pequeno-almoço tem igualdade pontuação positiva. A rede de internet foi inexistente durante a estadia no 3º piso. De igual modo apenas existem balneários (chuveiros) no piso -1, o que torna a logística do banho pouco prática para quem está nos pisos superiores. Não foi feita limpeza do quarto, nem mesmo das camas dos hóspedes que haviam saído do hostel num dos dias (fiquei num quarto triplo). Atendimento normal.
