“Fair value for the cost and breakfast was fine”

“My previous stays have been good. This stay was not as good. 1) A/C in the room did not work 2) Only one elevator was operational 3) Ice machine on 8th floor was out of order but no sign on it 4) Hot tub was too hot and jets were not working 5) Barely luke warm water for the shower, no hot water”

“There was a little mix up with the style of room but after getting it straightened out everything was great staff was very helpful”

“Easy to get to, location close to restaurants, gas stations. Clean rooms and common area. Hot breakfast is typical selection, coffee and tea available 24 hours. They accommodated my pet free room request.”

“Everything was clean and staff was great. I was a bit nervous seeing the broken door jamb in my room and the number of other doors that had replaced or reinforced door jambs.”

“Good location. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Bed mattress firm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested a pet free room due to a recent asthma flare up and they were very accommodating. The big negative for me was the very strong scented cleaning products. We had to air out the room so it wouldn’t affect my breathing. The strong smell lingered in the lobby. Anyone who is allergic or sensitive to smells would have a problem with it. The soap and shampoo also……

“We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. Friends of our had also booked a suite for the same reasons as us (5 ppl) and……

“The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter).”
