「Good location and public transportation stop just front of the hotel. Good hot breakfast and service.」

「We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport...

「Nice, clean, well presented, and warm room and very pleasant staff. Balham has lots of options for dining, feels safe and is easy to get to, especially by the tube. The guest house is only a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from Balham centre and tube. I have stayed here previously and will definitely use again.」

「Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.」

「Good location & well equipped. Only issues were that there wasn’t enough towels for all of us and that it is metered parking on the streets outside (not free parking as stated on the Expedia description). 」
