I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Plenty of staff at reception all willing to help. We were able to check in slightly early without the usual fuss made by some hotels so that was refreshing. We had a great stay. Food in restaurant was great as was breakfast.
was so pleasantly surprised with how great this place was! gorgeous view from floor 12 of london skyline, clean spacious room and great breakfast as well. staff super helpful and accommodating :)
Friendly professional staff, lovely refurbished room spotlessly clean although very compact. Good choice of breakfast and very good location for tube access.
Room was really clean and spacious, tv was advertised with chromecast (didn’t have it) but we weren’t bothered by it. Bed was super comfortable and temperature was good. We also had breakfast on both days and the food was really good, lots of options to have! Only thing I will say is that the bar and coffee shop were rather overpriced - cost £11.50 for 1 red bull and 1 j2o!! The drink cocktail options at the bar were also quite strange, rather than just having normal cocktails there were random ones that weren’t that great!
Very good accommodation, quite spacious room for 2 with comfortable bed, spacious shower and big TV. Near of underground stations and easy access to the centre of London. We highly recommend this hotel and will book it again in our future travels!
Good hotel with fair price, 5 minutes walk to the tube, good connection to Heathrow Airport and the famous spots. Staffs are friendly and the breakfast is fine too.
