"This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. Breakfast was good, but I’d love to see a few more options for guests who don’t eat pork. The staff was excellent friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only issue was with dinner service at the restaurant by the pool. Unfortunately, we were never served, and we ended up leaving to find food at a local restaurant instead. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again."

"I had a great stay at Hotel Heiss by Jalo in Medellín. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and many popular attractions, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel—it felt safe, welcoming, and stylish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable!"

"I had a really great time and this beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Facilities were nice. Great area. Nice breakfast. The only thing I would say is the shower is set up that you walk in and turn on the rain forest shower automatically to cold pours on your head before you turn it to warm/hot."
