「Staff at ONTO was very prompt, kind and helpful. They provide a concierge Whatsapp number for you to text any questions to and reply really quickly.
On the main floor is a restaurant (Rufus) which has great food and drinks.
Location is great, close to alot of popular restaurants such as Panaderia Rosettta and Tacos Orinoco. It is also a central location so easy to get to other CDMX areas!
Rooms are big, clean, and cozy.
My only minor downside was that the sixth (top) floor could be a little...

The bed is on the firm side and the hotel is very loud, there is a bar on the first floor that is open late and the courtyard is bricks so any equipment being pulled on the floor can be heard throughout.
