“From the very moment I stepped inside the front lobby, everything about AWOL was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the very kind lady gave me a nice detailed tour that was also somehow quick. She even included a map for me with some suggestions as I am not from the area. The room was cozy, clean, and everything we wanted when we booked our stay. “I’ve booked a king size and get queen size. Why I am being charged for kings while I had a queen size? The staff was rude and she gives us the explanations of her dog is dying.
