Mountain Getaway

Property was nice and spacious with lots of games. Enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the property with all the games and BBQ grill. Hot tub had brown scum in it, trashbins in garage were full when we arrived. Overall I would recommend this property for the size and price.

Perfect Place for a Girls Trip!

My friends and I had an amazing time here! It was private and super cozy! The hot tub was our favorite amenity along with the gorgeous views of course! The one and only thing we wished for was some extra lighting near the hot tub. But that was not too big of a bother if we turned the wash room light on. Would love to come back again! 5/5

Staycation with Friends

This house exceeded our exceptions. Traveling with such a large group and with so many kiddos this house provided a lovely porch for parents and a wooded escape for the kids to explore. The property manager was very kind and helpful when we asked for a late checkout. They were extremely friendly and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this house.

A great place for a men's retreat

We needed a place where 8 guys could sleep comfortably, have space to spread out and enjoy solace when needed, and provide room for us all to meet together. This home provided everything needed for this. Everything was clean and updated. There was nothing not-working on the property. The location was secluded enough for privacy but still less than 15 minutes from all we wanted to do in Manitou Springs.

Mountain getaway

Beautiful house with plenty of space and nice amenities. We had 8 adult family members and all were comfortable with the beds and facilities. Just be aware It is only 2 full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath on main floor which was fine for us as we are all related. The person using the lowers level bedroom would need to come upstairs for bathroom. Hot tub was clean and wonderful to enjoy. We used the gas grill and the fire pit and all worked properly. The owner gave us good instructions on entering the property and driveway which was much appreciated and we had no issues. The view from the yard was spectacular with easy proximity to Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. We took advantage of all these amazing sites during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Family vacation 2025

Six of us stayed in this lovely home for 5 nights. Only complaint would be that I found it odd that the owner offered to let us purchase an additional night, but when i requested a late check out i was denied.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood but cleanness needs to be addressed.

We had amazing time at the house which was very spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. The house was well stocked, had enough paper towels and toilet paper for our 3 days stay. No bathroom downstairs is a downfall because the house has so many stairs. The kitchen sink was unfortunately nasty. The cleaning crew did not do a good job with preparing the house for us. The carpet under the beds was not vacuumed, there was a lot of debris's. When we arrived there were 10 big stinky trash bags in the garage. There were not picked up by the management until Saturday. This should have been resolved immediately. Also the hot tub had brown scum on the walls. Overall experience was good. Thank you!

Perfect for multiple families/ Great views

This property was very clean, check in and check out were simple, kitchen had plenty of dishware, views were extraordinary. Loved that this house had multiple levels and a variety of places to sit outside with ample seating in and outside. The basement level was great for pool and ping pong. Lots of room at kitchen table and in living room for large gathering. Saw many deer right outside property. Driveway is very steep but great directions were sent on how to get up and none of us had any issues with that. Within 10 minutes of grocery stores, manitou springs, garden of the gods, cliff dwellings, pikes peak cogway depot, some falls. A few minor issues upon arrival. We were not able to use the hottub the first day but someone was sent to fix it the next morning. One of the two shower knobs was broken (loose -spun freely), but my husband was able to fix it. One spill stain on lower level stairs upon arrival, but other than that, very very clean! Beds were ok. My husband and mom struggled with the thin mattress but the rest of the family was fine.
