「The unit was nice until we discovered it had roaches . After contacting VRBO and the owner nothing was done to rectify the issue. We provided pictures. We couldn’t use the kitchen at all and kept food in freezer bags to keep the bugs out. We weren’t able to unpack our things and had to walk around checking for bugs. We’ve stayed at shipwatch many times over the years and never had this issue. Very disappointed with how they handled it. 」
