Great place!!

Nice cozy place to stay whole in town. Came with everything we needed for our short trip, communication from owners was great and very welcoming check in and check out process was simple as well. Just wish the bed was more comfy, was hard as a rock. Would definitely stay again!!

Host, Matt, was great! Hot water was lacking, could only shower for 5 to 10 min before going cold. Matt was attentive to the issue, but nothing that could be done. It's also fall, and i feel like the building lacks insulation, I had the heat up to 78 the entire time and was still chilly. All and all good for the price. If it were more than me, however, I would want something a bit larger. Would definitely stay at another property run by Matt though... great host!

The property was fairly clean, check in was easy. It's a neighborhood in transition but street parking was easy. There is some broken flats on the blinds in the bathroom which was uncomfortable esp at night. The smoke detector was missing and not replaced, although we were only there 2 nights.

Nice and would stay again

Place was clean and provided mostly everything I needed. Only had a few nit picky things I didn't really like, but there really isn't anything that would change my mind about staying there again, except the blinds in the bathroom should be replaced and it would have been nice to have had something that explained how to re-lock the door when I was leaving (I haven't had much experience with code locks, so I didn't know what to do and had to look up the manual online). Really the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was those two things and then when I did have a problem with the door, it took a while for the host to get back to me in a text, but that happens. I can't say it was outstanding, but it was still a nice stay.

ok for an overnight stay

Ok place to stay for an individual or couple for an overnight stay. Room had a funky smell I had to go purchase a couple of plugins and a candle and that helped. Having enough hot water was a problem. Ran out of hot water every morning after a couple of minutes which was annoying especially since it was below zero outside. Price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Had an issue getting in as the door code unit did not work properly. I called and they replied very quickly and I was able to get in. They did a good job of answering my texts quickly.

Place was overall pleasant. Very clean and the host is very good at communication. The only things we’d change are the heat and the hot water. The building is brick and probably doesn’t have good insulation. So it took about 1-2 hours for our room to heat up. The hot water also didn’t last long. Maybe long enough for 1 person for a 10 minute shower. But the shower pressure is 10/10.

Apartment needs a lot of love

The key pad didn’t work as instructed, and I got locked out several times. The towels were stained and damp. The sink is coming off the wall in the bathroom and there’s mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower curtain.The folks I chatted with were super responsive though and helped when I got locked out. Would not consider staying here until it’s cleaned a bit better.

Je viens de passer 15 jours à columbus.Je tiens à remercier grand welcome rental pour toutes les informations fournis, Le logement est tres bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. logement est quartier très calme. Le plus c'est que l'on peut garer sa voiture gratuitement dans le quartier. Logement à recommander et ou je retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage à columbus.
