“The furniture in our room was very dirty, the Sofa and Chair had several stains. The beds were very comfortable, over all a great stay, just needs to be updated a little. ”

“The room was very nice, I had no problems in that area. However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard……

This property informed us twice to contact the third party expedia for the reason why our reservation was cancelled and expedia was unaware this had happened. In truth, through no fault of expedia or the property frozen pipe had damaged the rooms we were to be placed in. The bad thing was employees did not let expedia know nor us in a timely manner.
