“This was my 4th stay at City Mills, in Columbus. It is a v very unique property, historic and situated right on the Chattahoochee River. The riverwalk cuts right through the property making it so easy to get out for a morning or evening walk. The on-site restaurant is so delicious....the servers, the food and drinks are wonderful. The arrival staff are so friendly, they make sure they have answered your questions and will even escort you to the elevator. The breakfast is delicious, juices……

“Had two rooms. Both had issues with bathroom supplies. Either broken shampoo dispenser or empty dispensers. No maid service.”

“Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. If……

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room is two treadmills and some dumbbells. The room setup was decent and the bed was comfortably soft. All of the experience was ruined with the roaches. I had to buy a can of RAID to combat that inconvenience during a holiday weekend where the hotel was fully booked.”
