You'll feel at home in this renovated second story flat! Spacious & open floorpan w large windows & plenty of sunshine. You'll enjoy the new kitchen, w stainless appliances & breakfast bar w barstools to enjoy your complimentary Keurig coffee! Large bedroom w luxury king-sized bed. Excellent location-walkable to Grandview Ave/bars/restaurants/shops, close to Upper Arlington, OSU & downtown. Are you ready for some football? 7 min to Ohio Stadium/The Horseshoe! Go Buckeyes!
The space
This is an attractive red brick building built in the 1940's that has been completely renovated. There are four one story flats/apartments in the building. There are original hardwood floors that have been refinished. The bathroom has new sink, new white subway tile, new fixtures. There are new light fixtures and chandeliers throughout. There's a new kitchen with beautiful new oak countertops, new stainless appliances, and a beautiful vintage looking tile backsplash. Laundry facilities in basement. Nice fenced backyard for pets. Clean, bright, sunny and spacious unit!
Guest access
You'll have your own private entrance to your apartment, and there are shared laundry facilities and printer access in the basement. It is shared with the other three units. There is a cute fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture/ hot tub to relax in-this will be shared for all four units.

There is private parking off street in the lot in the rear of the building as well as free on street parking right in front of the building.

I did not stay at place.
I had tried to cancel and ask for help. I did not stay in Columbus. My car broke down in Kentucky and did not make it to Ohio. I can not get anyone to respond canceling just said I was too late to cancel. And does not say where or how to get refund. I need someone to answer me how to get refund. I paid insurance

Decent spot
The pictures are accurate of this VRBO. Really nice owner with good communication and an easy key pad key to get in. However it is a very old building, so there are VERY few outlets to plug anything in, the water pressure is sometimes barely a trickle in the shower, and the wood floors are soft or broken throughout the apartment.
