“Money was stolen from our room by room service and the resort did nothing about it except say they couldn’t prove anything. Girlfriend and I stayed for a week to get away and relax. Beach was nice (seaweed took up a portion of the water so make sure the check the status of that ahead of time) as I imagine it could be a problem depending on the time of the year. Resort is an hour from the airport (not great) you pass like 15 resorts on the way to this one so I’d find a closer one. Resort has……

“This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.”
