「Great property near downtown Gruene. Stayed here for a reunion of retired work buddies. We needed 5 beds so we rented two units adjacent to each other. The entire property seems to be very new; both units were very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Although close to downtown Gruene, I wouldn’t call it an easy walk. The road is very busy and not real well lit at night. We had no problem finding parking in Gruene so we drove back and forth.Communications from the property manager...

「Beautiful location」

「It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

「The place was spacious and comfortable, had great amenities, and was very convenient to the chapel in Gruen where we were attending a wedding. The one downside, which is significant for me, is that despite communicating my fragrance sensitivities in advance, the cleaning crew must have used fragrance detergent and chemicals to clean the place. It was so strong. We had to leave windows open, even though it was quite warm outside. I do not recommend for those with chemical and fragrance...
