“My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. ”

Cons: they are admiate about no smoking of any type however walking into the lobby it smelt like marijana and throughout the hallways. The room was not well cleaned; stains on the bedding, dirty shower curtain, they reused the toilet paper from the guest before us, and only one outlet working on the bedside table and a broken ice maker. We did not get to experience the breakfast but based off the……

“One thing I worry about is parking at hotels at My Place parking was very easy.”

“The lamp shades were broken, there was a light bulb missing in one of the bedside light fixtures, there was candy on the floor under the night stand and the walls were all dinged and marked up. ”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people……
