“The rooms smelled clean, they put us on the highway side of the building, very noisy most of the night with traffic. There was nobody available at the desk for checkout at 8 am, I left my keycard at the desk. The 1 staff person I dealt with was just there. Ok place to stay but that is all.”

“I stay in extended stay hotels all the time. If you're staying here, make sure you bring pots, pans, silverware, can opener, everything you'll need to cook if you plan to use the kitchen. I bring everything, including my own towels, pillows, toilet paper, and paper towels. This is just like renting a mini apartment. There is a bed, TV, table, dresser, and a mini kitchen with a decent sized refrigerator. The place is designed for extended stays and residency. It's not a luxury vacation resort.……

“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“To begin with, the staff was very friendly at all times; however, the hotel's facilities are not well-maintained—there are many repairs with shoddy workmanship—and specifically in my room, I had to call maintenance twice due to issues in the bathroom, such as a lack of hot water and a clogged toilet and sink!”

“Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly……

“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit……

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself……
