“The room we stayed in was very nice. Also, the host was quite friendly and very helpful.”

“Unclean room when arrived, asked for towels and I had to go find a housekeeper because the front desk manager never brought us any after I called. I had to go find a sweet housekeeper to come and clean our room. Upon arrival the staff didnt even know that the room wasnt cleaned and that it wasnt actually ready but checked us in anyways. Then no staff at check out or on site after hours. And the manager told us there was free breakfast and there actually was no breakfast in site at all so we left……

There is a beautiful pond out back. Breakfast was as good as any other hotel I’ve had breakfast at. My visit was too short! I wish I could have checked out the pool”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable. Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were). The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great. We loved the silence. The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.”

When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar.
