“Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!”

There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. “It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.”

“The hotel was advertised as non-smoking but the room had been smoked in. The filter on the a/c was disgusting (we checked that to see if we could improve the smell). There was no trash can in the room.”

“The property is dated. We had no hot water, is was line warm at best. Wouldn’t let us log on to Wi-Fi even with the right information.”

“Rooms were not clean and bed sheets had cigarettes holes. Requested to change the bedsheets but never was chnaged. Also we had booked an room with pullout couch but when we got to the room couch was not even in the room.”

“Bathroom was not well cleaned there was hair and dirt on the floor. We also requested extra towels on the second morning of our stay and did not receive them.”

“Pool was cold, kids left unsupervised in pool area and dog on our floor would not stop barking. Checked in after 4pm abd checked out before 8. $300 for 4 hour stay. Never again.”

“We were able to walk across the street with police escort to the baseball stadium - great location! The room was nice and clean although we did not have maid service following the 3 nights we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, The breakfast bar offered a lot of choices and was kept clean and stocked.”
