Très bon emplacement. Au RDC en face de la piscine donc possibilité d’y aller directement par la porte fenêtre. Jolie plage juste en traversant la route. Lits confortables. Globalement propre. Traces d’humidité au plafond dans les chambre. Kit ménage incomplet (un balais mais pas de pelle, inspirateur moisi à l’intérieur). Pas d’alarme incendie

Les Thermes 408 Sehr netter Kontakt, gute Erreichbarkeit und klare Anweisungen für die Anreise. Die Lage war topp - direkt am Meer (1 x über die Strasse) mit dem Pool in der Mitte der Anlage. Der Pool war sehr sauber & nicht überfüllt. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung der Wohnung war leider fragwürdig. Warum gibt es 2 Badezimmer, aber noch nicht einmal einen Schrank im 2. Schlafzimmer? Die Couch ragte so weit in die Türöffnung, dass man die Tür nicht schließen konnte. In einem Badezimmer gab es keinen Duschvorhang. Die Terrasse war nicht gross genug, dass man mit 4 Personen draußen sitzen konnte, auch der Terrassentisch war für max. 2 Personen geeignet. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen. Die Hecke um die Terrasse war mit Verpackungen, Zigarettenkippen und leeren Flaschen verschmutzt. An der Decke der beiden Schlafzimmer war Schimmel & im Badezimmer waren Ameisen. Insgesamt nicht sehr sauber - Staub, Krümel, Spinnweben & der Staubsauger stinkt bei Gebrauch.

Les Thermes 408 "Bien mais quelques investissements semblent nécessaires. 🙂 L’emplacement face à la plage est exceptionnel. La piscine est grande et ne génère pas de nuisance. Les lits sont grands et confortables. La gestionnaire est à l’écoute et sympathique. 🙁 À notre arrivée, avons été accueilli par une colonie de fourmis installée sous les meubles de cuisine. Nous avons dû traiter le problème avant de pouvoir nous installer. Des équipements seraient à rajeunir comme le canapé d’un autre âge. Un rideau de douche serait apprécié d’autant que la barre est installée et n’attend que lui sinon, tout le monde doit prendre sa douche dans la chambre équipée d’une seconde douche ( avec porte… )."
