「 Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, les escribimos comentándoles el problema, nos dijeron dónde estaba el calentador, y este estaba al máximo, se lo dijimos y no obtuvimos respuesta. Pedimos que nos cambiaran las toallas porque soltaban muchas pelusas y tampoco obtuvimos respuesta.」

「Excellent hotel,a big plus was that most of the staff speak both Spanish and English. Clean, well appointed rooms and restaurant on site was a great bonus. Also the hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops.」

「Gorgeous and unique property close to the Poas Nacional Park. The views were breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed in the Junior Dome and had a relaxing and zen like stay. The property was very cute and quiet in June. There was a nearby dog barking nonstop from a neighbor but not much you can do about that.」

「The place was great! The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. I would not recommend the food at the restaurant, however. It is overpriced and bland. But the property grounds were beautiful and the staff were kind and helpful.」

「The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.」

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .」

「Every thing is old, don’t expect anything clean or nice. Sink have crack and bathtub water wouldn’t drain. Expect some bugs in room and noise from your neighbors」
