「We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.」

「The property is new and easy to access. We choose to stay here mainly for three reasons. The 50' Boat slip, Pool, and walking beach access. Overall the property is a good little getaway. It is directly infront of a busy intersection which the master bedroom boarders and will hear with its proximity to the road. 「We had a great time in Key Colony with our family. We took advantage of the pool and beaches onsite along with the dog park. Marathon has a lot to offer and just a 1.5 hr ride to Key West. Lots of options close by or enjoy the house on the water with dock. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set over the water. Great walking paths to enjoy. Very safe and friendly location.
