“3rd time to this resort. The Westin club rooms and pool area have improved but food selection and quality has slipped a bit. Premium liquor package did not include pinot Grigio and still a bit suspicious of alcohol content in the whisky I had; I never got a buzz! The concrete paths throughout the resort need a good cleaning and re-coating. Happy with our club level suite and room amenities. Dinner reservations are a bit of a game…club personnel made them for 4 days in advance when we arrived but……

“We ended up bailing after one night here and eating the cost. We were not able to get a refund. The hotel had some construction going on around the to be restaurant area. The pool was in the far corner, with only one beach lounger and algae growth. There were loungers on the roof, but absolutely no shade, so not a great place to spend the day. Our room was clean other than the bathroom, which had hair in and out of the shower and a dirty and wet bath mat. There were no towels in our room and we……

“It was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable. It had air conditioning. The pool was clean. The breakfast was traditional. There was in the evening a type of ants climbing on the walls inside our room, The management didn’t care. They didn’t bother us while we were sleeping. It wasn’t a high-end place, but it was nice. It wasn’t close to any towns, but it was OK.”
