A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!”

“We assembled about 15 people from all over the country (ages 8-80) for a three day celebration centered around Red Sox home opener and the solar eclipse. The space was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and fortunate for sittting and gathering. The neighborhood is excellent, with local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the MBTA green line. Our host was very friendly and responsive with all communication and greeted us when we arrived. “We had a great stay! With that being said, there are two items to be aware of. 1. It is actually located in Mattapan not in Boston. We took an Uber to get there and explained to our driver that it was important to go to the one at the Zip provided. We could not find a way to put the zip into Uber. We ended up going to the wrong address and had to pay a 2nd fee to get there. Just be aware that it is in Mattapan. 2. The property was well stocked and we had everything we needed with one……

“We were there visiting our kids and granddaughter. So the stay would have been awesome either way. But, it was an awesome place with plenty of room for me to work remotely a bit with a kitchenette and large cozy bed.”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
