"The hotel is located in the old town, with clean rooms and courteous staff. There are many coffee shops and eateries in the vicinity. Concubine Lane is just a 5 min walk from the hotel."

"Booked the suite. It is 40sqm. Location is ok, near Ipoh Parade. However, shocked to see the bath towel with a huge hole!!!"

"Great decor and cool interiors. Friendly helpful staff. Bedroom could do with a chair but bed was comfy and I was only there 2 nights. No facilities / shops in the area (other than a bar opposite) so need to take a car everywhere for sights / provisions"

"Breakfast need to start earlier. If room comes with breakfast option, then, there should be a free option for a takeaway breakfast if the restaurant is not opened early enough. The attached shopping mall is boring. So being attached to a shopping mall is no longer an attraction. Friendly staff. Cowboy hats make the door men interesting and different. The green and yellow decorations look cheap and childish. "

"Great location near major Ipoh attractions and the drop-off and pick-ups from the hotel via Grab were without issue. Finally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable."

"The pictures all need to be updated as the pictures make the place look infinitely better than it really is. Really, they should just update the place so they match the pictures. It is extremely rundown although it is clean. Having a refrigerator/freezer, even a shared one, would have been a lifesaver. The toilets don't flush well at all. The water filter was nice. They provide shampoo and bodywash."
