“It was very comfortable and peaceful, which was just what I was after. Also, my hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“We had a lovely time. The caravan was comfortable and had everything we needed for our time away. The fenced area was a nice place to sit and allowed us to give the dogs some fresh air while keeping them safe. Being so close to RAF Coningsby meant we got some very close views of the Typhoons and Hurricane planes as they went overhead. Will definitely look at coming back at some point in the future. Thanks for a lovely time”

“Delightful rural cottage for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Excellent location for nature reserves. Nearest food shop, co-op, ConingsbyNearby Bubble car and air force museums. Really lovely and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend it.”

“No communication ended up in hospital messaged them no reply messaged again no reply nearly week gone now still nothing from them ”

“This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time.”

“Decent stay with good amenities.”

“I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!”

“A lovely quiet country side home and an ideal place to stay with a dog. ”

“This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.”

“The property is in a good location with a cafe and pub restaurant within a few minutes walk. Also the train station is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is allocated parking outside but it was generally taken by others. I found the property a bit lacking in creature comforts. A lamp and table by the bed would be handy but there are some in the upstairs room but I used the middle floor to be near the bathroom. I only stayed two nights so it was fine for me. The actual terrace of cottage’s is a bit……

“The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.”

“Electric shower is good but can be better”

“Brilliant and located in very quiet rural hamlet. Just what we needed after a day on the race track”

“Absolutely fantastic, every aspect of the stay was faultless.”

“Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊”
