“The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. The owner’s put in an awful lot of effort into the presentation of the lodge and even decorating it for Easter, much appreciated. Tattershall lakes itself is extremely large and signage is poor so you end up driving round and round trying to find the way out. The……

“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. “We loved the Leagate Inn! We stayed in a dog friendly room for 2 nights. We couldn't fault anything; it was very clean, comfortable & cosy. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We had breakfast both mornings which was freshly cooked & delicious & dinner on Saturday evening, also delicious & service was excellent. We loved the decor & comfortable furnishings & there was a lovely atmosphere. We visited Mablethorpe & Skegness where we walked along the beautiful beaches. Thank you to the Leagate……

“Was outstanding. Two things was the light in the bathroom mirror kept coming back on after switching it off but i just shut the door and on of the lights next to the bed flickerd but i just left it off. ”

“Unique decor in a fantastic building overlooking stunning Boston Stump. Cheap parking outside, very reasonable room rates with a decent serve yourself breakfast. The 5star for service was based on contact with one lovely woman who came to fix electrics in the breakfast room, there are no on site staff.”

“A very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly & the food was excellent. lovely bar area & nice quiet rooms of good size. Overall a good experience, just 2 little niggles. The restaurant could have a black pepper mill as a choice, & the room TV's could be slightly larger. My compliments though.”

“Nuce place , bar and meals a little expensive. Ensuite very small , toulet recessed under the eaves of the roof so was slooed making it difficult to stand and use toilet. Shower was terrible as was git water supply. Room spotless and serviced daily”

“We stayed for a night for my birthday and my father in laws birthday and we spent the afternoon in front of the fire which was so cosy and relaxing. We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. Definitely will be returning! A fabulous stay. ”
