"The only hiccup was that someone in the office forgot to email our reservation to the gate guard, so we had to return the next day to clear that up. We loved the rooms. It was a perfect place to fellowship and relax. We loved the different coffee options and enjoyed the scenic drive through the community. It was only 75 minutes from where we live but felt like a world away! We will be back to this area in the future. "

"Everything about Brevard, Connestee Falls and the Tea House made this one of our favorite family vacations in North Carolina. The location is ideal for exploring this part of NC. The house was clean, new, cozy and the perfect size for our family of six (4 adults and 2 grandkids). The kitchen is well stocked and there is lots of room with the three levels for family activities or just relaxing. The owner is very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. All the roads in the community are paved so easy to get up and down the mountain. And with 4 entrances easy to get on the road you need to get where you're going. The Tea House is surrounded by trees which made morning coffee on the back porch so relaxing watching the squirrels play. We ate meals both inside and on the dining table on the porch. We cooked steaks on the grill one night but ate out most nights.We enjoyed the lake and the kids loved the playground there. The owner has a nice assortment of floats to take there. My son-in-law and I played golf one day at the Connestee Golf Course. Beautiful with trees and rolling hills and we saw a lot of deer while playing. The location is great for exploring the area. We went on a float trip down the French Broad River; did Sliding Rock and then drove up to the Pisgah Inn for lunch at 5000 feet. We went to three breweries (all family friendly) and a distillery. All said a fantastic vacation and we would enthusiastically stay at the Tea House again!"
