“on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.”

“Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them.”

“As a first time ,solo traveller, I couldn't praise the wonderful staff at this beautiful hotel enough. They were all so friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble , particularly in the restaurant and bar. The hotel has only been open a few weeks and there are still a few facilities not open but I will certainly return next year when the pool area etc should be complet. Thank you for a lovely stay”

“The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful suggesting places to visit during our stay. Our room was beautiful, with some lovely touches. We had a coffee maker and yummy biscuits in our room. We also had dry robes in the wardrobe to use at the beach over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was dinner. They were very good at accommodating my husbands food allergies and had plant based alternatives for him. Even his dessert was delicious where oftenhe finds he……

“First impression of reception was a bit of a muddle trying to locate my booking,but was shown to our bedroom which was very clean bright and airy,bed and linen looked new.Please get the small things right,window stays that don't because of the double glazing,net curtains need proper fixings,a days work could fix all the many small things that spoil the good ones.The dinning room and consevatory which is used for breakfast,are very good with fresh flowers on all tables.Cooked breakfast was very……
