This Pig did not disappoint. The approach and front entrance were disappointing and for all the world it looked as if the hotel was closed. The front door area is barren. However once inside it was marvelous and the staff were all happy and terrific. Our Shepherds Hut was divine! An easy walk to the beach and cafe's provided activities without requiring the car.

Charming garden wagon for a couples weekend.

Fantastic stay in a tucked away garden wagon with a view of the sea. Charming grounds and lovely beaches and walks nearby made for a relaxing weekend. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel and Food!

Fantastic Hotel. The staff were great, room we had was a Grand Luxe in a terrace out near the kitchen garden. Great design. Restaurant had great food and a selection of English Pinot Noir. Highly recommend this hotel.

The perfect little get away. We stayed in a cosy Garden Wagon which was wonderful. The hotel, the food, the staff, everything was faultless. Amazing rural location but close to Padstow, a real gem. Cannot wait to return!

Golden wedding anniversary.

We had a lovely stay at The Pig for our Golden Wedding anniversary. We had a gift left in our room on arrival, complimentary bubbly, and port in our room when we retired to bed. The room was very comfortable, the meal delicious, and breakfast the best. The staff were all friendly and helpful. All in a relaxing, restful stay.

We love this hotel! Stayed in one of their Garden Wagons, which was delightful. The menu and breakfast are superb and staff are lovely. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency and this was handled without fuss and empathy. Thank you Pig at Harlyn Bay, we will be back…

The rustic charm of the Pig was matched by attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was 'a la Pig' as expected. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived until we left. The ambience left little to be desired.

Whilst very expensive, every Pig hotel enjoyably. Pig is our chosen hotels for special occasions. Can they defend the price? Well, they seem to have a high occupancy whenever we stay.

Hard to say such a lovely place but see service was awful except for lobster shack - eg. Arrived an hour early when this happened at previous hotel we were offered a drink and space to wait at pig we were told to come back in an hour- went down for dinner another couple there to we were told we were at the wrong station and had to go to another to be seated so you had this group marching around very odd feels like everyone is on their first day
