“We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. “If you’re looking for a cheap stay I recommend this listing. I was travelling with 5 friends to Manchester to meet up with other friends and this location was perfect for distance from the city centre. About £12/13 in an uber. The communication could have been better for us but in the end it was fine. The most important part was it was clean and comfortable. I’d say the only downside was left over items from previous guest. The property is a bit like a HMO with all rooms lockable. That wasn’t……
