“My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at Hawthorne. The property was very clean with lovely decor and a fantastic sized television. Having the park behind the property was great for our early morning walk and a short stroll to the local shops was also very handy. The only downfall was the side entrance to the property which had uneven paving. That became a little daunting for my elderly mother. Having said that we would definitely stay there again. ”

The location was a little difficult to find as the listing location was incorrect, communication with the property manager cleared this up. “On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”
