「Everything was perfect, except there was no coffee place in town and hotel didn't have creamers so we can have a coffee at the hotel. We drove more than 15 miles to get a cup of decent coffee on Saturday morning! Our room was perfect and super clean - we highly recommend this hotel!」

「Incredible stay. The room itself was very comfortable and beautiful and very clean (absolutely clean; I found no dust, hairs, or anything like that). It feels like a place personalized for your comfort and privacy. The shower got hot enough for me, which was great. I did not need to bring anything with me in terms of soap, towel, etc. The owners contacted me ahead of time to find out whether I had any dietary concerns, which was lovely since I do (lactose, gluten-intolerance, pescatarian). 「Overall it was ok but there was something strange about this hotel chain. I had stayed in the same hotel in Burlington Ontario. It was newer, cleaner, coffee and hot water always available, and a self service breakfast included. The branch in Sherbrooke, no coffee was available unless we paid. The breakfast was included BUT with almost no option. No pancakes , no cheese, no milk, no fruits, i found them cheap and stingy.」

「The place is good quality for the price, but the staff is so rude! I dealt with 3 different people and all were not nice. They seemed unhappy i had made my reservation on Expedia instead of calling them directly? And then they seemed upset that i wanted to pay by credit card instead of debit, refering an email i was supposed to have received but i never got. Anyways. So yeah, clean and safe-ish (lock for our room was a tiny bathroom like lock, with no safe in the room), for the price you pay...
