“We found the hotel to be excellent in all aspects. We arrived fairly late (10pm) but were able to get a bottle of wine to enjoy in the very comfortable lounge area. The hotel is very spacious and well appointed. The gardens are beautiful and our breakfast was very tasty. Although the hotel was busy (as evidenced from breakfast) it was also very quiet and peaceful. All around a fantastic option for anyone looking for a hotel in the area and excellent value.”

The gardens are amazing and you can walk down to the river Tamar from the hotel. Breakfasts amazing, dinner good. Small niggle; pillows are all the same. I like a softer version fwiw. “This B&B hotel was beyond our expectation, really nice and warm feeling staying there. Only 10 min driving to Plymouth downtown, quite and comfortable. Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights.
